Our clinicians are independently licensed
and approved providers with many insurance companies, some of
which are listed below. In addition, we have found that many
clients prefer to obtain our services regardless of insurance
availability or "network" status. Therefore we take every
measure to maintain low fees, and we have not increased our "Usual
and Customary Rate" since we opened our doors in 2003!
As an independent private practice we are not
constrained or limited by restrictive area hospital "Network Alliances".
We believe that our clients should have the freedom to
choose a provider based on their needs, and not be limited or
dictated to by an affiliation.
Regular business hours are: (Monday thru Friday)
8:30 a.m. to 12:00 (noon) and
1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Client appointments (Monday thru
Friday) can be scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:30
p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We have extended hours available "by appointment only" weekday evenings till 6:00 p.m.

arrangements, we will try to accommodate your needs.

HEALTHePATH Associates, Inc. is a private corporation that depends solely upon fees and training revenue to continue our services. As discussed below, we bill directly to most insurance companies.
Because we are committed to helping you access treatment,
we offer payment options that include debit or credit with Master
Card, VISA, or Discover. Certain court ordered services are always paid in advance.
Periodically, Healthepath has a graduate student
seeking licensure (Counselor or MSW) on staff who can see clients at a reduced fee. This can be an alternative for individuals without insurance, or those who have plans that pay
less than 50%. All reduced fee sessions require payment at time of service to reduce billing expense.
INSURANCE
Healthepath is committed to helping make therapy and psychological services accessible and affordable. Thus, we bill most insurance plans including directly and electronically. Below is a partial list of insurance carries that Healthepath takes. However, there are many times that Healthepath can contact other insurance companies and either obtain out-of-network benefits or apply to their provider panel. If you have a different company that those listed, contact our office and we will attempt to determine our ability to bill your plan. **

It is extremely important to know that HEALTHePATH Associates, Inc. DOES NOT take Medicare
or Medicaid nor are there any plans in the future to do so. Sometimes clients with regular insurance plans also have Medicare. Before we can serve these dual insurance clients, we must be assured that the primary insurance will pay without Medicare benefit. Please contact our office and make us aware of any Medicare policies you may hold.
