FEES

HEALTHePATH Associates, Inc. is a private corporation that depends solely upon fees and training revenue to continue our services. As discussed below, we bill directly to most insurance companies.

Because we are committed to helping you access treatment, some clients may work out a payment plan with their therapist for fees or co-payments. However, certain court ordered services are always paid in advance.

In the near future HealthePath hopes to have at least one graduate student (Counselor or MSW) seeking licensure on staff who can see clients at a reduced fee, usually $50 or less per hour. This can be an excellent alternative for individuals without insurance, or those who have plans that pay only 50%. All reduced fee sessions require payment at time of service to reduce billing expense.

INSURANCE

HealthePath is committed to helping make therapy and psychological services accessible and affordable. Thus, we bill most insurance plans including directly and electronically. Below is a partial list of insurance carries that HealthePath takes. However, there are many times that HealthePath can contact other insurance companies and either obtain out-of-network benefits or apply to their provider panel. If you have a different company that those listed, contact our office and we will attempt to determine our ability to bill your plan.  ** (See EAP info & slide presentation below) **

It is extremely important to know that HealthePath Associates, Inc. DOES NOT take Medicare nor are there any plans in the future to do so. Sometimes clients with regular insurance plans also have Medicare. Before we can serve these dual insurance clients, we must be assured that the primary insurance will pay without Medicare benefit. Please contact our office and make us aware of any Medicare policies you may hold.
